Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.  Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, and I’m honored you’ve chosen to reach out.

 

My approach to counseling is warm, relational, and rooted in a person-centered perspective. I integrate evidence-based modalities, while always tailoring the process to each client’s unique story, needs, and goals.

 

For clients who desire it, I enjoy thoughtfully incorporating faith into the counseling process. I also provide a traditional counseling approach for those who prefer it.

 

I believe in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and soul—and strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
