I believe through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the aid of empirically sound methods, it is possible for each of us to gain a greater sense of connectedness and overall wellbeing.  My goal is to collaborate with you in order to achieve just that. 

My high school sweetheart and I have been married for over 30 years and have been through the stages of parenting from infancy to adulthood.  After leading and mentoring for over 15 years during my corporate career, I have enjoyed the privilege of teaching and coaching others as a volunteer with the local church.
