Life isn’t meant to be managed alone! It is full of immense joy, mundane times, and deep suffering. It is vital to be able to make meaning during the times of deep suffering (and sometimes the mundane, too)!  Counseling can be an avenue to achieve that. It is a privilege and honor to be able to walk alongside those struggling and pursue joy again. 

 

Through the lens of a Christian worldview, I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling to feel like themselves again. It is my goal that every client feels like they leave each session feeling seen and understood, and with more hope than they had before.
