My approach integrates clinical training with over 25 years of marriage and parenting, nearly two decades as a business owner, and experience serving as a pastor in the U.S. and a former missionary to Europe. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, trauma, relationship distress, addictions, spiritual concerns, and life transitions.

I love what I do and I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to heal, grow, and win at life. I resonate with what Ambroise Paré, a french surgeon, once said, “I dressed the wound, but God healed him.”
