Since retiring from the military 10 years ago, I have discovered that there is a lot more going on in my inner life than I had realized. As I have learned to recognize and understand my own emotions, I have developed a growing passion for helping others do the same.

 

I am particularly interested in working with other men who are unsure of how to recognize, think about, and talk about what is going on in their hearts and minds. If the only emotion you can recognize is anger, let’s talk.
